Country theme holiday party

This weekend we set up a holiday party for an equine equipment company. We used 350 feet of pipe and drape to close off half of their warehouse and transform it into a country music night club.

A stage was placed at one end, seating tables at the other with a dance area in the middle.

Overhead we hung a wagon wheel and lots of lights.

Whiskey barrels were placed around the dance area to be used in place of bistro tables.

To add to the country theme we placed split rail fence around the stage and behind the buffet table as a back drop.

Pam and David

Yesterday we had the pleasure of setting up a winter wonderland reception in Dry Ridge, KY for Pam and David. Light snow flakes fell all day as we filled the reception hall with Gossamer and lights. A back drop of lights was placed behind the dance floor to highlight the first dance. This was a special moment for the bride and groom to show off their new dance moves.

The colors were white, silver and lilac. The 8 foot seating tables each had a custom made lilac shimmer organza runner. We now have 20 of these available for rent.
Please check out our photos on flickr for before and after shots of this location and additional photos of the set up. www.flickr.com/photos/eventswithdesign
